What This Is

A space to be heard. A friend when you need one.

Friends Lifeline is a global initiative created by Mohanji to support individuals experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, overwhelm, loneliness, or inner conflict.

Here, you are not analyzed or judged. You are simply heard with care, presence, and respect.

Our trained volunteers, known as Mohanji Friends, offer supportive listening, gentle conversation, a calming presence, and simple grounding perspectives when needed.
